There are no words to describe how thankful I am for the work Law Partners have done on my case. Some time ago I was involved in an event where I was not at fault which had physical effects on me. I attempted to resolve and settle the claim with the insurance company. If Law Partners weren't involved I wouldn't have gone through with it. I am 110% satisfied with the result, I got a better result than expected after following my lawyer's advice. After losing my job I knew I had been hard done by, I rang Law Partners not knowing what to expect. I was very surprised at the level of respect and concern they had. Remembering that these were people who didn't know me from a bar of soap. My solicitor was very helpful. Best of all I was given very professional advice and wasn't told what I wanted to hear but what to expect. That was most important, as most law firms would tell you what you want to hear and then wait for money, Law Partners didn't do that. They were always happy to take my calls (I must have called 4 times at week at some stages of my case), even for the most stupid queries. Their legal support staff are just as knowledgeable and helpful as their solicitors. In all they are very professional and sensitive at a time that could have been more difficult to deal with had I not spoken to Law Partners.

From the very outset, the staff of Law Partners displayed a level of professionalism that is second to none. Whenever I had an enquiry I felt confident in ringing up my Solicitor, or his team, who always knew where my matter was up to. My questions were always answered promptly. My solicitor made the complicated process so much easier for me. The insurer in my case initially denied my claim and made things very difficult for me with all the red tape I had to go through just to get treatment. After an event that totally removed me from the workforce my future was bleak indeed, and with surgery to come I was extremely depressed and alone. The stress and worry was also affecting my wife, but she possessed a strength that urged me to fight for what was right, fair and just. I approached several Law companies in my local region receiving very little guidance, but was advised that I could make an appointment with up to six weeks waiting time and how much it would cost.
