Claim Information

Don’t be out of pocket to find out where you stand.

We don’t charge any fees to provide advice regarding your compensation claim over the phone or in person. Our lawyers are available by telephone for instant advice or can meet with you either at one of our offices or even at your home at absolutely no cost to you.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO OBTAIN FREE ADVICE OVER THE PHONE?
Our lawyers are available from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Sunday to provide free telephone advice. No appointment is required and you may call any time at your convenience.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A FACE-TO-FACE FIRST CONSULTATION?
Our lawyers will invite you to explain the circumstances leading up to the event which you are seeking advice about. We will ask questions relevant to determining your compensation entitlements and we will endeavour to provide you with a complete claim assessment which will outline:

• The claims process;
• How long your claim will take to resolve;
• How strong your case is and the likely chance of winning;
• The amount of compensation you may be entitled to after all costs have been paid (ie, the amount you are likely to receive in your pocket if we win your case);
• Whether our 100% No Win, No Fee Guarantee applies to your claim;
• Similar cases we have handled and the outcomes we have achieved for those clients.

HOW LONG WILL THE FIRST CONSULTATION TAKE?
We do not like to rush our first meeting with our clients to ensure we obtain all information relevant to their case. As a result our initial consultations normally take between 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of your claim.

AM I OBLIGATED TO USE LAW PARTNERS IF I SPEAK WITH ONE OF YOUR LAWYERS?
No. Our consultations are without any obligation.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
We will ask you to bring any paperwork you have from your insurer or employer that are relevant to your case.
